Requirements

• Author’s name
• Hospital, location and photo’s author (**).
• Case history (3-4 lines).
• Images about your clinical case (max 5 images .jpg).
• 4 possible answers to the question “What is your diagnosis?” (Don’t forget to tell us the correct one).
• Explication about your case (max 2000 characters including spaces). This explication will show after read the diagnosis.
• Organ related with your clinical case.
